Remote access to field devices is a common demand in IIoT applications. NexusEdgeGw provide many ways for NexusIM gateway remote access management, including DDNS, VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard).

📄️DDNS

DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) is a service that maps a dynamic IP address to a fixed domain name, allowing users to access devices or services via a domain name even when the gateway IP address frequently changes. NexusEdgeGw integrate the Noip (https://www.noip.com/ ) DDNS service to provide domain access to NexusIM gateway. This request you should have an account and configure DDNS service on Noip first.
